About Hydex Solutions Ltd
Hydex has been trading successfully globally since the 1970s when the firm’s current owner Peter Bence grew Urbanhurst Ltd into a global hub for remanufacturing cylinder heads for the Caterpillar dealer network. Urbanhurst’s efforts were rewarded by the Queen’s award for export achievement in 1997. In 1981 Tiger Engineering Pty Ltd was born with Tiger developing the worlds largest wheeled dozer, today branded as the Caterpillar 844 and 854. Since then, Hydex has gained an enviable reputation across the globe for high-quality special application solutions for articulated and rigid trucks.
